CANCELLATION 
POLICY

 

 

When you reserve time with us, it’s been specifically set aside for you.  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time to another guest.

 

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments may incur the full service fee. Any applicable fees will simply be added to your next visit.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee may apply and your service will need to be adjusted to honor the remaining time.
